We will send you a photo of your prop/item before it ships for approval. Once approved your prop/item is on its way. Please allow 6-8 weeks for creation and 1-2 weeks for delivery. During peak months, these times will vary and we do not guarantee the item will arrive when it is needed (Please Plan Ahead). A Rush Fee will be added to the final price if needed before our normal production time. The items are all hand made which means the costume, paint scheme or item may look slightly different then shown in photos or videos. We do not allow you to return or swap the prop at anytime.
